IMO非标准货物柔性系固校核方法

摘    要:将IMO《货物堆装与系固安全操作规则》(CSS规则)附则13提供的货物单元加速度值与采用传统方法的计算结果比较,解释该附则给出的货物单元加速度值的真正含义,指出该附则提供的非标准货物系固校核方法中存在的缺陷并提出相应的改进建议,最后归纳出使用附则13校核货物单元系固有效性时应注意的若干事项.

Abstract:The accelerations acted on cargo units listed on the Annex 13 in Code of Safe Practice for Cargo Stowage and Securing(CSS Code) by IMO are compared with the results calculated on a traditional method.The genuine significations of the accelerations acted on cargo units on board given in the Annex are made clear.Some problems in the methods to assess the efficiency of flexible securing arrangements for non-standardized cargo in the Annex are indicated and a few relevant solutions to them are proposed.Some main points which should been paid attentions to when adopting the methods are put forward in the end.
