| 摘 要： | 介绍目前学术界流行的“生物经济将取代信息经济,成为21世纪的新经济形态”的观点,比较生物经济与知识经济各自的特点,得出作为一种新的经济形态所需要具备的特征。最后提出生物技术的发展突破不但不会取代信息技术,还会促进其发展。

| Abstract: | Argues with the prevalent saying---"biology economy will take the place of information
economy and become the new economic pattern of the 21st century" . It compares the characteristics of biology economy with those of knowlege economy , then deduces that what the characteristics of a new economic pattern are, and finally concludes that it is knowledge economy that will take the place of information econmy. |
