| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪新阶段,执政党建设和参政党建设面临着共同的历史任务和各种挑战。共生性、互补性、和谐性决定了执政党和参政党在建设中需要相互促进,相互推动,不断完善和发展中国特色的政党制度,而相互促进局面的形成,有赖于在互动中完善,在建设中形成。
