| 摘 要： | 现代社会的多元化趋势，必然要求学校德育向现实生活回归；要充分发挥学生的德育主体性，培养他们对现实道德问题的分析、判断能力，对规范的选择、创造能力；德育不仅要重视说服教育、规范管理，也要重视情感因素。思想道德问题是价值观的问题，只有合目的性与合规律性的统一才能取得实效。

| Abstract: | The moral construction and the ideological education will inevitably be better carried out in the real life in the context of modern diversified trends.In the moral construction and the ideological education students should play an important role, and their ability of analysis and judgment should be stressed, and also their creativity and ability of the choice of norm should be developed.Moral construction can be carried out not only by persuasion, education and normal management, but also by paying attention to emotion cares. Moral and ideology are something about value concept. Only when fitness of aim is integrated with fitness of regularity can it be well implemented . |
