| 摘 要： | 提高教学质量依赖教学创新。教学创新要求高校教师走教学与教研一体化的道路，以教学研究促进教学能力的提高、促进素质教育的落实、促进教学工作与时俱进。只有在不断的教学与科研的过程中，教师才能在教学实践中及时汲取教学研究的最新成果、教学改革的最新经验以及学科建设的最新成就，才能实现教学工作的创新，不断提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The improvement of teaching quality depends on the innovation in teaching which requires the teacher to take the approach of integration of teaching with teaching research through which teaching abilities could be improved and quality-oriented education could be carried out. Only in the process of continuous teaching and research can the teacher take in the latest achievements in teaching research,latest experience in teaching reform and latest accomplishment in scientific constructions and can he realize innovation in teaching work for the continuous improvement of teaching quality. |
