摘    要:文章应用市场细分的理论,分析了县级图书馆读者的不同阅读需求,提出采用锁定长期读者、满足读者需求、实行分类服务、加强公益宣传等方法,提升县级图书馆服务水平,发展壮大读者群体.

Abstract:The article uses the theory of market segments to analyze the different reading requirement of readers in county-level libraries. It raises the idea that to improve the service and expand the group of readers,the libraries should use ways like keeping the long-term readers,satisfying their demands,promoting classification service and strengthening promotion of public interest.
