| Abstract: | Aiming at problems of non-cooperative game theory existed in the internal control, the mathematical model of game is established. The common form of game is described and some related factors of game are also analyzed. Then considering the distribution of interests, the personnel flowing, the performance management and so on, the preliminary solution of game is summarized. |
