| 摘 要： | 福州地区大学新区兴建至今，尚没有进行教育资源共享与资源的合理性利用，原因主要有：资源共享规划理念不到位，高校缺乏资源共享的传统，高校之间的利益冲突，资源共享的制度不健全。通过实行公共基础设施、学分互认、教师互聘、实验室、科研平台、图书馆、就业信息等方面教育资源共享，能够使大学新区内各高校节约办学成本、实现学科优势互补、提高教学质量、促进高校管理制度创新，并能够促进高校之间的文化融合。

| Abstract: | There is still a lack of rational utilization on educational resource sharing since the consruction of Fuzhou newly-built university campuses. The main causes are as follows: the inadeguate concept of resource sharing; the lack of traditions on resource sharing; the interest conflicts among colleges;and imperfect system of resource sharing.
