高校人才培养成本研究

摘    要:高校的人才培养成本与其培养质量、培养方式有着密切的联系,对人才培养成本的研究,有助于高校完善培养策略,降低培养成本,提升培养质量与发展能力。基于对人才培养与使用关系的分析,笔者认为,培养人才是为了应用人才为经济社会发展服务,培养是一个持续的过程,从培养成本的角度看,就业阶段产生的成本是在校学习阶段培养成本的延伸,因而,研究高校的人才培养成本,不仅需要考虑学生在校学习期间的培养成本,还应考虑其就业阶段产生的成本,这种整体化的培养成本分析,能够更好地体现采用不同培养策略时,高校培养成本的构成及其特点。同时,通过研究高校人才培养成本的构成及其影响因素,建立了高校人才培养的单位变动成本模型,为基于定量的成本分析评价不同人才培养策略提供了一种可行方法。对高校主要培养策略及其变动成本的研究表明,大规模培养策略的人才培养成本具有在校学习阶段低、就业阶段高的特点,而个性化培养策略正好相反,总体而言,大规模定制是一种具有培养成本、需求时间、就业适应性等优势的人才培养策略。

Abstract:College and universities’ cultivating cost, closely related to the quality and training mode, is a subject of wide concern that helps improve cost-effective cultivating strategies, quality and development capabilities. This study believed that cultivation of human resources for social use needs an overall process with additional cost incurring in the employment process as an extension of college cost. Hence, it argued that the cost study concerned may include not only the cost in the phase of learning process, but also that of employment process. Then, the cost composition and influencing factors were also discussed. It used a mathematical model to quantitatively estimate the variable cost per unit in varied universities’ talent cultivating strategies, suggesting that the cost of mass cultivating talents is high in the employment process but low in the learning process while the personalized cultivating talents strategy turned out the opposite. The mass customization, in general, is a cost-effective cultivating talent strategy with advantages of time appropriacy and employability.
