| 摘 要： | 新时代背景下，应用型高校教师专业发展要素具有新的内涵。基于自组织理论视角，应用型高校教师专业发展存在开放性、非平衡性、非线性以及涨落的特征。依据自组织理论的启示，从四个维度构建应用型高校教师专业发展自组织的生成路径:优化外部环境，满足教师专业发展资源供给；重构动态平衡，驱动教师专业发展内部动力；催生协同效应，实现教师专业发展同频共振；调整内部涨落，推动教师专业发展走向卓越。

| Abstract: | he new era adds fresh connotations to college teachers’ professional development in applied higher education. This study reviewed the self-organization theories to consider the characteristics of openness, non-equilibrium, non-linearity and fluctuation in the faculty development. It explored the path of self-organization to the professional development of applied university teachers from four dimensions: optimizing external environment for sufficient resources; reconstructing the dynamic balance for internal force of teachers’ professional development; promoting the coordinated effect for the resonance of teachers’ professional development; and adjusting the internal fluctuation for teachers’ advance to excellence |
