新时代应用型高校教师专业发展的自组织路径

摘    要:新时代背景下,应用型高校教师专业发展要素具有新的内涵。基于自组织理论视角,应用型高校教师专业发展存在开放性、非平衡性、非线性以及涨落的特征。依据自组织理论的启示,从四个维度构建应用型高校教师专业发展自组织的生成路径:优化外部环境,满足教师专业发展资源供给;重构动态平衡,驱动教师专业发展内部动力;催生协同效应,实现教师专业发展同频共振;调整内部涨落,推动教师专业发展走向卓越。

Abstract:he new era adds fresh connotations to college teachers’ professional development in applied higher education. This study reviewed the self-organization theories to consider the characteristics of openness, non-equilibrium, non-linearity and fluctuation in the faculty development. It explored the path of self-organization to the professional development of applied university teachers from four dimensions: optimizing external environment for sufficient resources; reconstructing the dynamic balance for internal force of teachers’ professional development; promoting the coordinated effect for the resonance of teachers’ professional development; and adjusting the internal fluctuation for teachers’ advance to excellence
