| 摘 要： | 机器学习应用于心理健康领域逐渐成为重要的发展趋势。文章从机器学习的相关概念界定出发，梳理机器学习的数据类型和来源，比较不同机器学习算法的优缺点，重点结合传统心理学工具的局限性和机器学习的优势来阐述机器学习在心理健康领域中的应用。最后总结机器学习的局限并提出展望，以期在识别或筛选国民心理健康问题、有效解决或预防心理问题方面发挥积极促进作用，并为临床心理咨询干预提供大数据分析支持，为中国智慧医疗贡献方法学指导。

| Abstract: | The application of machine learning in the field of mental health has gradually become an important development trend. This article started from the related concepts of definition of machine learning, sorted out the data types and sources of machine learning, compared the advantages and disadvantages of different machine learning algorithms. Then it Focused on combining the limitations of traditional psychology and the advantages of machine learning to illustrated the application of machine learning in the field of mental health., and finally summarized the pros and cons of machine learning and proposed prospects. It will play an active role in identifying or screening national mental health problems, and providing big data analysis support for clinical psychological counseling interventions, and contributing methodological guidance for smart medical care in China |
