| 摘 要： | 以苏联《政治经济学教科书》（社会主义部分）为代表的传统社会主义政治经济学，与我国改革开放的深入进行和迅速发展，日益不相协调，失去了对现实经济的解释力与指导力。因此，以邓小平经济理论为指导，以社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度为核心，立足于中国社会主义初级阶段的实际，构建21世纪中国经济学。

| Abstract: | Traditional socialist political economics represented by the soviet Course of political Economics Socialist part has become more and more inharmonious with quick development of Chinese economy and has lost its power as a guide in the present economy.Therefore Chinese economics should be constructed based on the practical situation of the primary stage of Chinese socialism and directed by Marxist economical theory with the economic system in the primary stage of socialism as a core. |
