摘    要:个性化教育强调尊重人的个性和发掘人的潜能优势,主张培养受教育者良好的素质,促进个体的全面发展。个体在动机、能力、人格等心理活动中所表现出来的独特性和可塑性是个性化教育的心理学基础,与之相关的动机理论、能力理论和人格理论则为个性化教育提供了心理学理论支持。

Abstract:In individualized education,it is emphasized to respect students’ individualities,explore their potentialities,culture their good quality and promote their personal overall development.The uniqueness and flexibility in psychological activities such as motivation,ability and personality are the psychological foundation of individualized education.The relative theories about motivation,ability and personality are the basis of psychological theories for individualized education.
