| 摘 要： | 包装线设备对速度和定位要求较高,大量运用减速机和变频调速。塑料包装线码垛单元的升降机就是运用无传感器恒磁通矢量的恒转矩变频调速的提升设备。为了设备运行平稳和准确定位,运用多段变频调速和电磁制动器控制,由于原设计没有考虑制动器参数对变频器的影响,使得设备运行的动态性能较差;又由于制动器动作频繁,使设备故障率较高。在充分考虑上述缺陷的基础上,设计运用了ATV71变频器,使设备运行的动态性能改善,制动频次显著降低,设备故障率明显降低。

| Abstract: | Plant of packing has higher requirement on speed and orientation,so speed reducer and transducer are used to regulate speed.Plastic packing for elevator uses transducer of sensorless vector.For reliable equipment running and location accuracy,the transducer and electromagnetic brake are used to regulate speed.The original designer didn’t take the influence of brake parameter on transducer into account,which made dynamic performance worse.Brake run frequently,so the plant become the much high failure rate.After the transducer is used,designer think of these fault so that it makes the performance better.Brake of frequency is reduced a lot and failure rate is reduce a lot in the plant. |
