| Abstract: | The cross-cultural communication obstacles and psychological obstacles are common among the volunteers in ASEAN Expo.The causes of linguistic obstacles involve a lack of linguistic knowledge and pragmatic lapses;the causes of psychological obstacles cover the psychology of strangers,cultural stereotypes,ethnocentrism,general hypothesis,etc. |
