| 摘 要： | 首次将稀土元素镧改性并以HZSM-5分子筛担载制备的固体超强酸催化剂SO24-/ZrO2/La2O3-HZSM-5(SZLH),用于合成原油降凝剂单体甲基丙烯酸高级酯。合成了3种甲基丙烯酸酯,考察了催化剂用量、带水剂种类、醇酸比和反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,酯化率可达95.6%以上。酯化产物经红外光谱测定,证明为甲基丙烯酸高级酯,且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用性。

| Abstract: | The solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2/La2O3-HZSM-5(SZLH) was prepared by modified rare earth element La and carried molecular sieve HZSM-5 to SO2-4/ZrO2.SZLH was for the first time used in catalytic synthesis of Crude oil pour point depressants monomer-methylacrylic acid highcarbon esters.3 kinds of methylacrylic acid high carbon esters were synthesized.The effects of catalyst amount,kinds of dehydrant,acid/alcohol molar rate,reaction time were inspected.The results indicated that the yield of methylacrylic acid high carbon esters were excess of 95.6% on optimum conditions.The products were tested by IR spectroscopy.And the catalyst was reused. |
