| 摘 要： | 模糊限制语是日常交际中一种常见的语言表达方式,在言语交际中发挥着不可替代的作用。在英语课堂教学中也会大量使用模糊限制语,其正确使用具有以下重要作用：保全师生面子,实现礼貌交际;提高语言表达的准确性,精确话语信息;降低学生的焦虑感,激发学生的学习积极性。

| Abstract: | As a common linguistic phenomenon,hedges play a very important role in verbal communication and college English teaching.The appropriate use of hedges in English class can first of all save faces for both teachers and students;secondly,enhance the accuracy of verbal exposition and precise utterances;lastly,reduce students’ senses of anxiety and stimulate their enthusiasm for language learning. |
