| 摘 要： | 阐述了Pro/E模具数控铣削加工的基本流程,实现了烟灰缸凹模数控加工的全过程,分析了如何利用Pro/E NC模块进行数控加工仿真并得出最终产品及NC代码。实践表明,基于Pro/E的数控加工技术能够在产品的设计及制造阶段有效地发挥作用,缩短产品的设计及制造周期。

| Abstract: | This article describes the basic process of the Pro/E NC Milling,and the whole process of NC machining for the Ashtray Cavity is realized.It analyzes how to use the Pro/E NC module for NC machining simulation and obtains the final product and the NC code.The practice indicates that numerical control processing technology can display function well in the product design and the manufacture stage based on the Pro/E,which can also reduce the product design and the manufacture cycle. |
