| 摘 要： | 受传统观念的影响,大量夫妻共有房产仅登记在一方名下,另一方的共有权未能体现,成为隐名共有人。本文从分析隐名共有人作为真实权利人保护与登记公信力平衡入手,认为应当完善不动产登记制度,明确登记机构的审查职责,采取＂夫妻联名登记＂,以实现对隐名共有人利益的保护。
