| 摘 要： | WTO争端解决机制的磋商程序在内容上与国际法上的谈判协商一样,但与国际法上的谈判协商方法相比有了很大的发展。传统的谈判协商属于解决争端的政治方法,WTO争端解决机制的磋商程序已经有了法律方法的特征,其发展主要表现在磋商的强制性、磋商的结果必须符合WTO协议、磋商的强烈程序性等方面。
