| 摘 要： | 董仲舒倡导的"春秋决狱",对中国封建法制的发展产生了深远的影响,开始了我国法律儒家化的进程,为引礼入律,礼法结合开辟了道路;"春秋决狱"也弥补了成文法的不足,对中国古代犯罪构成理论的完善起到重大推动作用.

| Abstract: | The "Chunqiu Style of Handling Cases" promoted by DongZhngshu,which has far-reaching repercussions to the Chinese feudal legal system development,marks the beginnings of the law with Confucian style in our country,and blazes new trails for introducing rites into law and linking them with each other.The "Chunqiu Style of Handling Cases" makes up for the inadequate written law and gives impetus to the perfection of Chinese ancient criminal constitutional theory. |
