| 摘 要： | 依据教师教育发展的理论,运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对辽宁师范教育职前培养与职后培训体制变革的历史沿革进行梳理,对其发展的轨迹进行分析研究,旨在为辽宁省体育师资培养和培训体制改革提供理论借鉴。研究认为,辽宁省体育教师培养培训经历了恢复—发展—破坏—转折—快速发展的不同时期,走过了从微观到宏观、从职前"腿粗"到职后"加粗"、从相分离到相互合作,从三级管理向一级管理调整的变迁过程,师范教育得到了积极稳步的调整,为辽宁省基础教育体育教师队伍建设提供了体制上的保证。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of teacher's professional development,through the methods of literature review and expert interview,this article analyzes the system transform history of initial and in-service teacher training and its developing track,aims to provide theoretical reference for the reform of physical education teachers training system in Liaoning province.The research considers that the training of physical education teachers has experienced different periods as resuming,developing,destroying,transition and fast development,from micro to macro,from initial teacher training's "tuicu" to in-service training's "jiacu",from separation to cooperation,from three-class management to one-class management.During the changing progress,the normal education has been positive adjusted;the system of basic physical education teacher training has been guaranteed. |
