| 摘 要： | 主导项目是区域竞技体育发展的决定性因素。我国体育欠发达地区竞技体育落后的关键是缺乏主导项目。竞技体育主导项目的选择应坚持既有竞争力、节约资源又要充分发挥区域的比较优势,构建特色竞技项目体系;既要重视布局的合理半径又要有利于社会分工协作的原则。竞技体育主导项目培育应增量推动和存量调整并举;竞技体育优势、特色项目为主的区域推动战略与国家奥运总体战略为主的主导、优势项目战略并举;扩大东西部联合与人才交流。

| Abstract: | The leading sports event plays a predominance role in the development of regional competitive sports.Leading sports event should be competitive,save resources and can highlight regional comparative advantages;it can also be good for social division of labor and coordination of work.It can enlarge eastern-western co-operation and professional resources exchange. |
