模糊故障诊断在船舶柴油机换气系统中的应用

摘    要:为迅速、准确地判断船舶柴油机换气系统发生的故障,根据柴油机换气系统的工作过程,把柴油机换气系统故障数据列为7个故障征兆类型和19个故障数据类型,建立故障征兆隶属函数,根据最大隶属度原则进行诊断,将模糊故障诊断方法用于柴油机换气系统,提出1种有效的故障诊断方法.

Abstract:In order to judge the faults in gas exchanging system of marine diesel engine rapidly and exactly, based on the operational process of the gas exchanging system of marine diesel engine, an effective fault diagnosis method is proposed in which there are 7 fault indication types, 19 fault date types according to the fault states of the gas exchanging system of marine diesel engine. A membership function about the fault indication is set up, the fuzzy fault diagnosis is applied into the gas exchanging system of marine diesel engine, and the fault diagnosis is performed according to the principle of the maximum degree of membership.
