| 摘 要： | 伴随着全国高校办学规模的逐步扩大,大量80后高学历青年已成为高校教师的主要后备军,他们职业素养的高低将决定高校人才培养质量的高低,也直接关系到学校未来发展的兴衰成败。新时期高校必须重视加强青年教师职业素养的培育,要有计划、有目标、健全有效机制,促进高校青年教师职业素养的提升。同时,高校青年教师要加强自身建设,努力提高综合素质,积极主动地适应社会及高校发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Along with the gradual expansion of the scale of national universities,many post-80s and highly-educated young people have become the main reserve army of teachers in colleges and universities,and their occupational accomplishment level will not only decide the quality of college students but also directly concern the success or failure of the future development of the school.In the new period,the school authorities have to both attach importance to the occupational accomplishment of university young teachers,and have plans and goals,perfect actual mechanism in order to promote their abilities.At the same time,young teachers must strengthen their own construction,take great efforts to improve their comprehensive quality,and actively adapt themselves to the needs of the development of the society and universities. |
