| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的最终目的,是为人的全面发展创造良好的环境条件。而“练身又养心”的休闲运动作为人类身体文化的组成部分,是促进人的全面发展的重要中介。在物质层面,休闲运动通过各种运动形式、方法、手段满足人们对身体运动的需要;在精神层面,休闲运动以其文化形态渗透在人们的价值体系中,影响和改变着人们的精神世界。为此探讨休闲运动的和谐社会价值,具有积极的现实意义和社会意义。

| Abstract: | Setting up the harmonious social end purpose in socialism is a humanness to develop to create completely good environment term.But" practice the body to cultivate mental calm again" of the human body in conduct and actions in sport in leisure constitutes the part culturally,lying in the importance to promote the person to develop completely.In the material level,the leisure sport passes every kind of sport form,method,means satisfies the demand that people to the body exercise;In spirit level,leisure sport with its culture appearance permeate worth a system in people,influence with change people the unseen.Inquiry into the diapason society of the leisure sport the value for this,have the positive and realistic meaning with social meaning. |
