| 摘 要： | 院(系)党政共同负责制作为高校内部管理的领导体制与工作制度，在高校加强依法治校、大力推进政治文明建设的新形势下，需要从理论与实践的层面上做出新探索。从党政关系规范、管理行为规范、工作绩效规范等三方面，对院(系)党政共同负责的规范化进行探讨，可以有效提升高校内部管理与运行机制制度化、规范化水平。

| Abstract: | New explorations should be carried out from theoretical and practical aspects into the Party and administration sharing responsibility system on the college or department level. This paper discusses the standardization of the sharing responsibility system from the perspectives of the Party and administration relationship standardization, administrative behavior standardization and the standardization of the efficacy and achievement. It is hoped that in this way the systemization and standardization of the university management will be improved. |
