核桃壳制备活性炭方法及吸附性能的研究

摘    要:研究了以废弃核桃壳为原料,用磷酸活化法制备粉状活性炭的实验方法及其吸附性能。实验结果表明:废弃核桃壳在氮气保护下,以每分钟升温10℃的速率加热到400℃进行预炭化,再在700℃条件下活化所制备的活性炭具有较强的吸附性能。为林副产品核桃壳的利用提供了一条有价值的途径。

Abstract:The activated carbon was produced from walnut hull by H3PO4. and its absorption capacity was investigated. The results showed that the activated carbon , made under the conditions of the protection of nitrogen, heat rate 10℃/rain carbonization temperature 400 ℃, activation time 700℃, possessed high adsorption capacity. It supplied an effective solution to improve the value of forest by--products and solve the environmental pollution.
