| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的融资模式,供应链金融包括保兑仓融资模式、融通仓融资模式和应收账款融资模式等具体模式。在阐述供应链金融及三种融资模式相关理论的基础上,探讨应收账款质押融资模式的相关风险因素及其防范对策。

| Abstract: | As a new financing model,the supply chain financing includes confirming warehouse financing model,finance-transportation financing model,accounts receivable financing model and other specific patterns.On the basis of introduction of the supply chain finance and the three kinds financing models,we'll explore the associated risk factors of accounts receivable pledge financing mode and its countermeasures. |
