| 摘 要： | 由于专利价值的不断提升,出现了众多专利分析方法以评价专利价值.其中,专利引用作为一种重要的专利评价方法越来越受到人们的关注.本文运用社会网络理论,尤其是社会网络理论中的向心度分析和结构空洞分析,结合专利引用的特点,构建专利引用网络以判断网络中各专利的重要性和技术发展趋势等.
