| 摘 要： | 学习型学校是学校变革追求的理想目标，但在其变革过程中常常遇到阻力和抵制。学习型学校变革的阻力主要来自变革者和变革本身的性质两个方面。针对这些阻力，可以通过个体消极反应周期和不同变革阶段来把握和化解；根据不同适用条件，选取恰当变革方法。

| Abstract: | Learning schools are the ideal goal in school reform,but there are forces resistant to reform.The resistance forces result from the two aspects:reformers and the nature of reform itself.The resistance forces can be controlled and resolved by individual negative response cycle and different reform stages,and proper methods should be chosen according to different appropriate conditions. |
