| 摘 要： | 信息时代向质量界提出了严峻的挑战,持续改进与追求卓越将成为质量管理的永恒目标。本文分析了面向过程的质量信息管理的基本环节和质量管理信息系统(QMIS)的组成,在此基础上提出并设计了通用质量信息管理系统的软件功能模块。
