摘    要:目前,在顶岗实习的目标、功能上存在一定的模糊认知,顶岗实习的评价缺乏系统性、过程性、多元性、指标性,难以对学生实习情况做出客观公正的评价。针对存在的问题,给出了构建一套科学完善、操作性强的考核评价体系及提升顶岗实习质量的建议。在评价过程中,校企共同参与,开展全程跟踪评价,科学开展职业能力评估,达到通过顶岗实习提高学生技能及综合素质目的。

Abstract:At present, fuzzy cognition exists in internship objective and function. The evaluation system of internship lacks overall design, process control, pluralism and index and is hard to make objective and fair evaluation about internship. In view of the existing problems, it gives a set of scientific and perfect evaluation system and some suggestions to improve the quality of internship. In the process of evaluation, the co-participation of college and enterprise, the whole process tracking evaluation, the scientific professional ability evaluation can achieve the goal of improving student skill and comprehensive quality through internship.
