| 摘 要： | 本运用社会学、心理学的研究方法对我国训练体制内的各因素进行了调查、分析研究，了解到我国训练体制的现状及教练员、运动员人力发挥的状况，从中发现问题，找出对策，为体育管理部门提供参考依据。
