| 摘 要： | 在政府信息公开中,应构建统一的信息公开法律体系和行之有效的监督体系,健全政府合理干预和调控机制,完善全民参与的信息公开制度.公众对于政府信息的需求推动着政府信息公开,政府信息公开的不断深化使得群众能够更好地参与政事.
