| Abstract: | The Jiangxi rural human resource development is one of key problems to accomplish the strategy of “Jiangxi rising from central China”.The article analyzes the present situation of Jiangxi rural human resources,indicates that we should think Jiangxi rural human resource development multidimensionally,and tentatively constructs the mutidimensional pattern of Jiangxi rural human resource development. |
