| Abstract: | Since 2011 China has entered the national-reading-micro-book-review era,and micro-blog has become the new favorite fashion which leads the entire people of the nation to reading and commenting.This paper expounds the advantages of national reading,and points out that the micro-book-review-service carried out by the libraries of colleges and universities will surely lead the entire people of the whole nation to realizing high-efficiency,high-quality and high-favor reading activity under the environment of national reading. |
