| 摘 要： | 为完整、系统地收集、整理、保护和永久收藏我国抗日战争时期的文献史料,以及集中展示和方便快捷地提供考证、研究利用,我国文献资料界亟待建设一个面向全国乃至世界服务的抗战文献共享保障系统。文章详细分析了建设抗战文献资源共享保障系统的必要性和可行性,阐述了共享系统建设的三个主要方面,分析研究了建设中应注意的版权、涉密、数据库建设标准化、参建单位的利益平衡与约束惩戒等几个问题。

| Abstract: | In order to completely collect,and systematically sort out the documents on the War of Resistance against Japan,it is highly necessary to construct a jointly-shared guarantee system of these documents and historical materials so as to permanently store these valuable historical materials,which can certainly provide authoritative and precious documents and historical materials left behind during the eight years of Anti-Japanese War for the scholars home and abroad.This article makes analysis of the necessity and probability of the construction of the guarantee system,and expounds the some problems in the process of the construction: the copyrights,confidentiality,standardization of the databases,discipline restrictions,rigorous punishments,and the benefit balance among the parties concerned. |
