| Abstract: | Team spirit is the soul of university library which is of very important significance and plays a very important role in the construction of university librarian teams.In order to promote the development of library cause,the author believes that we should strengthen the cultivation of the team spirit from the following five aspects: to clarify the objective of the team,to elevate the leadership arts and skills,to perfect rules and regulations,to promote mutual understanding,and to map out a plan of professional development. |
