| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国欠发达地区图书馆服务存在的问题和面临的机遇，提出充分发挥政府主导作用，通过平行联合、纵向补充、加强保障三条途径实现农家书屋、民间乡村图书馆项目和地方中小学等组织机构间的跨界联合建设与服务。

| Abstract: | This article makes an analysis of the existing problems and opportunity faced by the libraries in the underdeveloped areas of China.The author holds that it is necessary to bring the leading role of the government into full play,to set up a library in every small village,to carry out the project of crossing-border and united service among primary,middle schools and the village libraries.The three channels are as follows: to further unite horizontally,to supplement vertically and to strengthen guarantee effectively. |
