| 摘 要： | 从信息治理的角度来研究档案网站信息资源,具有降低资源成本、保障信息安全、提升决策能力的价值。通过对档案网站信息资源在内容资源建设层面、网站检索功能层面、信息安全层面以及网站设计质量层面四个方面存在的问题分析,提出信息治理视域下档案网站信息资源优化服务的途径,具体包括:提高信息质量、明晰标准政策、创新信息技术、优化检索途径等。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of information governance to study the information resources of archives website,it can reduce the cost of resources,ensure the information security and improve the value of decision-making.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the archives website information resources from the content resources construction level,website retrieval function level,information security level and website design quality level,this paper proposes the optimization paths in archives website information resources from the perspective of information governance,including improving the information quality,clarifying standard policies,innovating information technology,and optimizing search methods. |
