| 摘 要： | 非洲草原上的尖毛草，是非洲大地上生长得最高的毛草之一，有“草地之王”的美称，但它生长过程却十分怪异。在最初的半年里，它几乎是草原上最矮的草，只有一寸高，人们甚至看不出它在生长。那段时间，草原上任何一种野草，长得都要比它旺盛，没有人能看出尖毛草会是今后的“草原之王”。

| Abstract: | Students of science and engineering universities in West China have more and more employment pressure with the increase of graduates year by year.Governments at all levels have carried out a package of employment policies to improve university graduates employment situation.Although these policies are not just for graduates in a certain area or field particularly,the students of science and engineering universities in West China can make full use of them and open the employment perspective. |
