重庆教育学院教师课堂教学质量评价研究

摘    要:教师课堂教学质量评价是高等院校教学质量管理的重要环节,对提高课堂教学质量具有积极意义和重要作用。为确保教师课堂教学质量评价的科学性、客观性,采用多元线性组合的评价模型对教师课堂教学进行综合评价,采用克伦巴赫(L.J.CORONBACH)α-法对重庆教育学院教师课堂教学质量学生评价进行信度分析,得出学生评教是可靠的;用多元线性回归分析三类评教的贡献程度,提出调整评价模型中权重的策略。

Abstract:Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching quality management of a college.It is important and helpful to improve the quality of classroom teaching.To guarantee the scientificness and objectivity of the evaluation,we adopted the evaluation model of pluralistic linear combination to make comprehensive evaluation and used Cronbach-Method to make the reliability analysis of the students' evaluation in Chongqing Education College.The evaluation results were reliable.Thus we presented the strat...
