摘    要:“眼界要非常宽阔,胸襟要非常宽阔”是邓小平关于领导干部选拔任用思想的精华所在。他认为把握时代和世界的脉搏,从大局出发看问题,要总揽全局,从战略的高度谋大事、抓大事、办大事是选拔人才的重要依据。深刻领会“眼界要非常宽阔,胸襟要非常宽阔”的丰富内涵,努力把领导干部造就成符合新时代发展要求的合格的政治家。

Abstract:"The field of vision must extremly broad,the bosom must extremely broad"is the essence of how to select the leading from DENG Xiao-Ping.In order to grasp the time and the world pulse,he thought that we should embark from the general situation when we deal with question.We also should select talented person based on the strategy.Profoundly comprehends the connotation of "The field of vision must extremely broad,the bosom must extremely broad".The leading must be diligently trained to be a statesman who adapts the new times development.
