| 摘 要： | 通过总结了１９７９～１９９９年国家体委（现为国家体育总局）直属体育院校培养水平举重运动员的实践。结果表明：体育院校培养高水平举重运动员的理论与实践是成功的。指出了体育院校培养高水平举重运动员的优势，以及影响体育院校举重竞技水平进一步提高的不利因素，并对未来发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This article systematically studied the practice of bringing up first class weightlifters during the period 1979-1999 in institutions of higher physical education directly under thd State General Administration of Physical Culture and Sports.The result suggested that these institutions have been successful in bringing up first class weightlifters.The article also pointed out the advantages of training first calss weighgtlifters in institution of higher physical education,and the limitation to further development of weightlifting in such institutions.In addition,it puts forward some suggestions for its future development. |
