| 摘 要： | 近几年来，随着我国高等教育迅速发展，一批新升格本科综合性学院在精英教育向大众教育过渡的背景下应运而生。从新升格综合性学院教师教育资源利用情况来看，教师教育的优质资源流失严重，有被削弱、淡化甚至边缘化的倾向，教师教育质量下降已初见端倪。为此，新升格综合性学院发展教师教育应发挥其原有的办学优势，并积极探索新的教师教育模式。
