| 摘 要： | 本研究采取区域整群抽样的方法,从河南省高校7所本科院校中随机抽取1016名学生作为研究对象.采用了多种研究方法,对当前河南省高校本科学生参加体育锻炼情况及影响因素进行分析,旨在为河南省高校体育教育改革提供理论参考依据.
