| 摘 要： | 随着我国商业银行改革的深入，国内对引进境外战略投资者的检讨之声此起彼伏。引进境外战略投资者的必要性及其对我国金融安全的影响问题，成为最具争议的话题。总结分析了引进境外战略投资者对中国金融业的影响，并应用实际数据对此进行实证分析，因此具有一定的理论意义，同时从加强我国商业自身管理和对境外战略投资者的管理角度对我国商业银行提出对策建议。预计成果对于银行部门对引进境外战略投资者的管理提供政策制定与调控的参考，也具有实际应用价值。
