| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]掌握美国高校图书馆管理进展,为我国高校图书馆编制"十三五"规划及管理图书馆提供借鉴。方法/过程]系统梳理并分析23所美国高校图书馆战略规划文本中涉及图书馆管理的目标,整理出较为全面的美国高校图书馆管理战略规划目标体系框架并加以阐述。结果/结论]图书馆管理的科学性直接关系到图书馆工作的质量和效益。我国高校图书馆在编制"十三五"规划时,应结合本馆实际,重视图书馆管理的规划。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This paper aims to master the progress on management of American university library, and provide Chinese university libraries some added insight into framing the 13th Five Year Plan and managing libraries.Method/process] It studies and analyses the management strategic goals in the strategic planning texts of the twenty-three American university libraries systematically, and then summarizes the framework of American University libraries management strategic goals.Result/conclusion] Scientific Soundness of the library management has the direct bearing on the quality and effect of the library. Chinese university libraries should be in line with its own conditions and attach great importance to library management when planning the 13th Five Year Plan. |
