| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]明确科研人员对科学数据共享的态度和意愿,探索影响科研人员数据共享的原因,发现有效促进科学数据在更大范围内共享和复用的方法。方法/过程]利用文献分析法、访谈法等研究方法,构建科学数据共享影响因素,利用干预培训方法对科研人员进行干预,比较干预前后科研人员科学数据共享态度,找出有效促进科学数据共享的方法,最后给出有效提升科研人员科学数据共享意愿的方案。结果/结论]调查发现,科研人员数据共享意愿中存在邻避现象,参考已有研究中邻避现象的解决方法对科研人员进行干预活动,对比干预前后数据,干预后科研人员科学数据共享感知风险降低,共享意愿提高,即邻避设施中的解决方法在科学数据共享中具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]To understand the data sharing attitude and willingness of researchers, explore the reasons of data sharing, find an effective method to promote data sharing in a wider range and multiplexed, and maximize its value. Method/process]Usedliterature analysis, interviews and other research methods to build scientific data sharing factors.Used intervention research staff training methods to intervene the researchers and compared before and after the intervention of scientific data sharing attitude,to identify effective methods ofscientific data sharing promotion and provide how to enhance the researchers’ willingness of scientific data sharing.Result/conclusion]Through the survey wefound thatthe NIMBY phenomenon existsin scientific research personnel data sharing wishes. Considering the NIMBY phenomenonsolutions in environment facilities to conduct interventions to researchers, after comparing before and after the intervention data, we found that thescientific data shared awareness risk is reduced, and theshared willingness is improved.The NIMBY facilities solutions have important reference value in scientific data sharing. |
